interested in Real Norwegian food, here is a really good, small lunch, bought at the supermarket and compiled for lunch today:
Birgers beste lefser,
butter, Finsbråten’s håndlaget (“handmade”) okserull, Jørnsberg lagret cheese (from Ostegården at Fana, near Bergen).
If you want really good butter, pick for instance ecological butter from Røros. Otherwise everything in the shops which is actually butter tastes good.
These are not the cheapest picks, so use something similar as
you please. Tea goes well with it.
