Two simple things for lunch:
bread (which means it doesn’t have to be white), butter, mustard with garlic
(if in Norway, Bergby’s in a glass works fine for this), Tabasco, a half fish cake.
good with canned sardines too, or brisling, as they are actually called. Bread
(toasted), butter, brisling in oil, Tabasco on top.
If you want to do something with fish, try making your own fish cakes. So far my recipe is only in Norwegian, and I…could perhaps do something about it.
