½ head cauliflower
a tiny bit
of strong Asian chilli paste
oil, enough to cover the pan
water, about the same amount
Heat and boil the onion in oil and water, salt, pepper, tarragon and chilli paste until medium soft.
Peel the garlic and cut each clove in two.
Boil the cauliflower in salted water together with the garlic.
Mix everything and adjust with salt, chilli paste or anything else from the recipe.
