slices of cucumber
vinaigrette:
Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, some good salt

a handful of peanuts
a little butter (1/2 tbsp)
a little oil (less)
a pinch of salt
a few drops of Tabasco
ground black pepper
a few slices of parmesan
1 garlic clove

black Danish or German rye bread

Slice as much cucumber as you’ll like to eat and drizzle the oil, vinegar, salt over it.
Turn it a little.
Melt the butter with the oil, the salt and the garlic clove, peeled and sliced.
Let simmer for a couple of minutes.
Add the cheese and let it just melt.
Add Tabasco and pepper and mix with the cucumber.

Serve with the black bread.
