1 piece of
fresh salmon or trout
1 tbsp
2 tsp
peanut butter
1 garlic
A lot of
Tabasco sauce or fresh chilli

Cut the salmon into cubes, add some oil and salt and let it stay until you’re ready to put it into the sauce.

Melt the butter and let the garlic simmer in it for 5-6 minutes with the Tabasco sauce and the salt. Add the peanut butter and keep it on the heat for another couple of minutes. Add the salted cubes of salmon and let simmer until not quite done.

Cut the avocado into small cubes or whatever you like, add the vinaigrette and serve with the fish and the sauce. The two sauces
taste good together.
