A little PC today. Not too much of that in my pot, really.
I don’t think I’ll ever stop eating meat altogether if, but I could do with a little less.
1 package small green peas (frozen)
1 package eco-chick peas
3 garlic cloves
dried sage or other herbs
Peal the garlic cloves, chop it and heat it in the butter
together with the herbs and the spices. Add the peas and heat them for a
few minutes, then the package of chick peas, water and all.
Cook until it is almost caramelized, a small, thick sauce
is what you want.
Serve with spaghetti.
I mixed it with pieces of fried salmon, which was good, but
it was even better alone.
