A quick brunch:
1 slice of salmon, in cubes
a little tarragon, fresh or dried
butter, of course
Heat the butter slowly with the herbs etc. Add the cubes of salmon, fry them until half done. Add the eggs, stir as much as you like to make your scramble and serve.
Tea is probably the right thing to drink with it. I was too late, drank it afterwards, but…yeah. Merry brunch!
